The role:

• Lead and manage the daily operations of the Operating Theatre (OT) and Daycare units.

• Supervise and support the nursing team to ensure safe, smooth procedures and high standards of patient care.

• Coordinate scheduling, case management, and staff assignments while maintaining strict infection control protocols.

• Collaborate with consultants, anaesthetists, and clinical teams to ensure regulatory compliance and accurate documentation.

• Registered nurse with valid APC.
• Minimum 2 years of managing Operating Theatre (OT) experience, including leadership roles.
• Possess strong clinical skills and make decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and people management skills.
