about the role
They are currently looking for an Office Manager to join the team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Oversees daily office operations, including managing supplies, pantry items, and budgets, while ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
- Acts as the primary contact for office-related matters, and assists with the logistical aspects of employee onboarding, offboarding, and company events.
- Liaises with building management and service providers to handle maintenance, repairs, security systems, and to negotiate service contracts.
- Prepares reports on office operations and expenditures to track costs and measure efficiency.
- Supports the planning and execution of local ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) activities, and encourages employee engagement in these initiatives.
about the manager/team
Reporting to the Associate Operations Director, you will be working as a sole contributor.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You have good communication, collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise. Is that you?
