As the Office Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of our Kuala Lumpur headquarters. This is a high-visibility role where you will balance meticulous administrative excellence with vibrant employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Engagement Operations: Planning and executing town halls, wellbeing days, and cultural events while managing recognition programs and sentiment surveys.
- Corporate Administration: Full ownership of vendor coordination (pantry, cleaning, and facilities), budget tracking, and reconciling invoices.
- Strategic Coordination: Drafting inclusive internal communications and maintaining dashboards to measure the impact of office initiatives.
- Workplace Experience: Partnering with Facilities and IT to ensure a seamless in-office experience for over 200 staff members

You will report directly to the Chief Administrative Officer based in London, offering a unique opportunity for high-level global exposure and autonomy.
