About the Job
This role is responsible for driving overall sales performance of a dealership outlet, leading and developing the sales team, and ensuring smooth daily operations. You will play a key role in achieving sales targets, strengthening showroom standards, and building a strong sales culture aligned with the company’s brand and corporate identity.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve and exceed sales KPIs
- Oversee daily sales operations and ensure smooth showroom activities
- Recruit, train, and develop sales consultants to build a strong, capable team
- Drive outlet performance through effective planning, tracking, and execution
- Ensure showroom Corporate Identity (CI) standards are consistently maintained
- Monitor sales pipeline, conversion rates, and customer experience
- Work closely with management to execute sales strategies and campaigns
- Handle escalations and support the team in closing key deals
Skills & Experience Required
- Proven experience in automotive sales, dealership, or retail sales management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and manage sales teams
- Results-driven mindset with solid track record in meeting sales targets
- Good understanding of showroom operations and sales processes
