about the role
They are currently looking for a People Analytics & Reporting Manager to join their team in KL. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Lead the rollout of HR tools in line with global plans and drive local digital projects.
- Handle HR reports, support audits, and provide useful data insights for decision-making.
- Ensure HR data is accurate by running quality checks and improvement plans.
- Manage HR system projects and coordinate with HR, IT, and Employee Services teams for smooth execution.
- Train users, share system knowledge, and guide your team’s work and development.

Reporting to the Senior HR Director, you will be leading a team of 2.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 6-8 years of relevant experience. You have good communication, collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise. Is that you?
