about the role
They are currently looking for a Personal Assistant to Director to join them. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- You'll be the primary gatekeeper and communication hub for the Director, managing all incoming and outgoing correspondence and filtering critical inquiries.
- Own the Director's complex calendar, manage all meeting schedules, and meticulously arrange domestic and international travel.
- Serve as the key point of contact, facilitating smooth communication and workflow between the Director, internal departments, clients, and external consultants.
- Provide hands-on support in preparing high-level presentations, coordinating external business events, and processing critical approvals and payments.
- Ensure the smooth, efficient operation of the executive office, maintaining organized business records and managing general office supplies.
about the team/manager
You will be reporting directly to the Director.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 3-5 years of relevant working experience. You are detailed and meticulous in executing tasks that are required, and also proactive and resourceful.
