• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the Central, Pahang, and Sabah regions by executing strategic field plans and increasing product adoption across both public and private healthcare sectors.

• Deliver high-quality medical presentations to healthcare providers using diverse marketing tools, ensuring deep product knowledge and effective education on clinical benefits.

• Lead the organization and execution of key marketing initiatives, including CMEs, workshops, seminars, and booth exhibitions.

• Build and maintain influential relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and specialists, maintaining a disciplined daily call rate to secure brand presence and endorsement across your assigned territories.

• Provide actionable feedback on competitor activity and market trends while ensuring all field activities and reporting (forecasts, plans, and call reports) strictly adhere to ethical standards and local regulations.
