The role:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets within the Northern regions (Penang, Perak & Kedah) by executing strategic field plans and increasing product adoption across both public and private healthcare sectors.

• Deliver high-quality medical presentations to healthcare providers using diverse marketing tools, ensuring deep product knowledge and effective education on clinical benefits.

• Lead the organization and execution of key marketing initiatives, including CMEs, workshops, seminars, and booth exhibitions.

• Build and maintain influential relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and specialists, maintaining a disciplined daily call rate to secure brand presence and endorsement across your assigned territories.

• Provide actionable feedback on competitor activity and market trends while ensuring all field activities and reporting (forecasts, plans, and call reports) strictly adhere to ethical standards and local regulations.

The experience:

• Bachelor Degree in Sciences with a solid grasp of hospital/clinic operations.

• Proven success in healthcare/pharmaceutical sales and territory management.

• Strong interpersonal skills; trilingual proficiency to effectively engage a diverse provider base across regions.
