Key Responsibilities- Develop new business opportunities and support key regional accounts.
- Drive project sales and specification activities from early design to completion.
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and project decision-makers.
- Manage sales pipelines and track project progress through the construction cycle.
- Conduct technical product presentations, briefings, and formal proposals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Identify emerging project opportunities to expand market presence.
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Building Services, or a related discipline.
- 0–5 years of experience in project sales, business development, or building materials.
- Basic knowledge of construction cycles and mechanical solutions (preferred).
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Willingness to travel as required for site visits and client meetings.
