The Role
Drive project sales and specifications for high-impact mechanical and construction projects, including water piping, HVAC, and commercial infrastructure. You will develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and support projects from design to completion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new business and support regional accounts
- Drive project sales from early design to completion
- Build and maintain relationships with consultants, contractors, and decision-makers
- Manage sales pipelines and track project progress
- Conduct technical presentations and proposals

Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Engineering, Mechanical, Building Services, or related field
- 0–5 years of experience in project sales, business development, or building materials
- Basic knowledge of construction cycles and mechanical solutions (preferred)
- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
- Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings
- Open to fresh graduates with a passion for technical sales
