about the role
They are currently looking for a Regional HR Manager to join the team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas:-
- Manages the full spectrum of HR in overseas countries, ensuring all systems and strategies comply with local laws and align with company goals.
- Designs and manages compensation and benefits, and leads the recruitment for key overseas positions.
- Establishes and optimizes HR systems to be culturally relevant and efficient, and develops localized HR plans to support business needs.
- Creates and manages performance review systems, and implements training and development programs to improve employee skills.
- Handles all employee relations matters, resolves labor disputes, and monitors local laws to ensure compliant and positive work environments.

Reporting to the Head of Operations, leading a team of 10.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 8 years of relevant experience. You have good communication, collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise. Is that you?
