about the job

Capital Markets Transactions, reviewing and negotiating equity-related deal documentation, such as IPO placement letters and cornerstone investment agreements.
Fund Documentations, drafting and updating investment offering materials, subscription agreements, side letters, and formal investor communications.
Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and corporate HR policies, while providing expert guidance on labor law matters.
Service & Commercial Agreements, reviewing third-party contracts, including vendor engagements, research service agreements, trading platform terms, and non-disclosure agreements.
Trading & Custodial Frameworks: Drafting and reviewing brokerage account-opening documentation, including trading and custody terms, and direct market access (DMA) agreements.
Advising on regulatory and compliance frameworks specifically governing the operation and management of investment funds.

about the requirements

6+ years PQE, ideally with experience gained in a top-tier law firm.
Prior legal experience in practice areas such as regulatory compliance, banking, financial services, funds, and/or corporate M&A is strongly preferred.
Excellent command of English and exceptional drafting skills.
Strong attention to detail and a proactive willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, multi-task, and interact professionally with business stakeholders.
