Key Responsibilities
- Lead commercial and advanced sales activities across assigned ASEAN markets
- Identify emerging market trends and translate insights into actionable strategies
- Develop initiatives to win new business while strengthening existing accounts
- Oversee quotation processes and steer major price and contract negotiations
- Drive margin improvement initiatives and manage key change controls
- Build and maintain strong relationships with OEM customers and key stakeholders
- Lead and coach a team of regional sales professionals
- Ensure alignment with global commercial direction and operational standards
Skills & Experience Required
- Minimum 20 years of commercial sales experience within the automotive supply chain
- Strong background working with Tier 1 or Tier 2 suppliers
- Proven track record in high-value negotiations and customer management
- Ability to analyse costing, pricing, and financial models
- Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and presentation capabilities
- Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Economics, or related fields
- Highly driven, resilient, and results-focused with a strong hunter mentality
