About the Job
As the Regional Sales Manager for KL Central, you are the engine room of our urban growth. You will manage a portfolio of premium dealerships within the Klang Valley, ensuring they exceed aggressive sales targets while maintaining the high-tier brand standards expected in a capital city.
Key Responsibilities
Urban Dealer Excellence: Drive sales performance and operational efficiency across key dealerships in the KL Central territory.
High-Volume KPI Management: Monitor daily sales funnels, conversion rates, and inventory turnover to ensure KL remains our top-performing region.
Metropolitan Marketing: Oversee high-profile product launches, mall roadshows, and exclusive test-drive events in Malaysia’s premier commercial hubs.
Competitive Intelligence: Analyze the aggressive KL automotive landscape, tracking competitor EV pricing and financing offers in real-time.
CI & Brand Compliance: Ensure all KL showrooms provide a "flagship" experience, strictly adhering to SAIC/MG corporate identity and premium customer service standards.
Strategic Reporting: Provide data-driven insights and sales forecasts directly to the Regional Sales Manager to shape national strategy.
Skills & Experience Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–3 years in sales or account management. Experience in the KL automotive scene or premium retail is a significant advantage.
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and be comfortable navigating the fast-paced KL metropolitan area.
