about the job
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share.
- Build, lead, and motivate a team of sales representatives to ensure high performance and professional growth.
- Analyse sales data, market trends, and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and challenges.
- Manage key client accounts and participate in sales negotiations to close high-value deals.
- Prepare and present accurate sales forecasts, pipeline reports, and business plans to senior management.

about the requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of enterprise SaaS sales experience in either retail, F&B or manufacturing.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales quotas.
- Good regional sales experience in Asia region.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
