Our client is a well-known international sports brand and currently we’re looking for an experienced Retail Operations Manager (sports retail) to drive store efficiency, supports new business expansion, and empowers store teams to achieve business goals while upholding brand standards.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily retail operations across assigned stores, ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs, and visual guidelines.
- Analyse store performance metrics (sales, productivity, shrinkage, conversion rates) and develop action plans to improve results.
- Implement retail operations improvements and process efficiencies to enhance store performance.
- Collaborate with Merchandising and Buying teams for assortment planning, product allocation, and category performance.
- Support new business expansion including new store openings, retail projects, and market growth initiatives.
Requirements
- 8–10 years of experience in retail operations experience, preferably in sports or lifestyle retail.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across internal teams and external brand partners
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret retail data and drive performance.
