about the job
- Work closely with internal teams to develop and translate growth strategies into actionable plans aligned with commercial objectives.
- Build and manage robust business relationships with End-users and prospects in the Enterprise, SME, Education, and Government sectors to facilitate business growth and market penetration.
- Proactively identify business opportunities to expand the sales pipeline.
- Manage and lead the Commercial vertical team to meet targets and accomplish desired results set by the management.
- Stay informed of industry developments and provide timely feedback and solutions to management.
- Familiarity with pre and post-tender submission processes for the Enterprise, SME, Education, and Government sectors is essential.

about the requirements
- A Bachelor's Degree in Business or an equivalent field.
- A minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience in the computer / IT industry, with ten (10) years in a leadership role.
- Strong knowledge of and established relationships with vertical End-users.
- Proven ability to sell in complex and dynamic situations.
- Possess strong business acumen, assertiveness, persuasion, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Exceptional team management and leadership skills, while also being a strong team player.
- Ability to influence all levels of internal and external stakeholders and build strategic partnerships.
