The Role
As a Sales Engineer, you will:
- Drive Territory Strategy: Manage the full technical design-in cycle to grow B2B accounts across your territory.
- Manage Customers: Provide technical and commercial support to OEM and EMS clients.
- Leverage Industry Expertise: Apply your knowledge of micro-electronics and high-tech manufacturing sectors.
- Strategic Prospecting: Organize high-volume lead generation and appointment setting.
- Build Relationships: Maintain strong connections with clients and internal teams for long-term loyalty.
- Exceed Targets: Work autonomously to drive sales through effective follow-up and performance focus.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, diploma, or equivalent sales experience
- Availability for regular business travel
- Proven B2B sales experience, ideally in electronics or high-tech manufacturing
- Strong planning and organizational skills
