- Spearhead sales growth across assigned territories, with a primary focus on General Trade (GT) and Local Key Accounts (LKAs).
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed monthly targets, including reviving dormant accounts and securing new customers.
- Manage daily sales operations, from route planning and client visits to in-store product merchandising and ensuring brand visibility.
- Build and maintain strong, lasting relationships with a diverse customer base, including wholesalers, and retailers, ensuring timely payment collection and exceptional service.
the experience
- Minimum 3 years of FMCG sales experience.
- General Trade (GT) or Modern Trade (MT) experience is essential.
- An independent and highly responsible individual with a can-do attitude
- Willing to travel and work autonomously to manage your territory effectively.
