This is a newly created headcount as the business is currently expanding, and the role will be reporting to the Senior Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and managing relationships with key food service operators to drive the distribution and sales of our premium frozen food product portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Proactively identify and acquire new HORECA clients, including independent restaurants, large hotel chains, catering companies, and institutional food service providers.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting working relationships with decision-makers (e.g., Head Chefs, F&B Managers, Procurement Officers) within target accounts.
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets and expand product placement within the assigned territory.
Become a product expert, effectively demonstrating the value, quality, and application of our frozen food range to potential customers.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales and prospecting activities, prepare regular sales reports, and provide accurate sales forecast
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales role
- Candidates with food background with HORECA channel experience will be an added value
- Possess own transport for work
