About the Role
We're hiring a Sales Executive based in Penang, focusing on pre-sales and specification support. You'll work closely with key project decision-makers to secure early material specification for commercial, residential, and industrial projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
Promote product specifications to architects, designers, and developers
- Build strong client relationships across the project lifecycle
- Conduct consultations, site visits, and product presentations
- Coordinate with internal teams to deliver tailored solutions
- Stay current on trends, competitors, and technical product knowledge
What We’re Looking For
- 2–5 years of sales experience in building materials, interior design, or construction
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Experience in specification or project-based sales is an advantage
