About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced Sales Manager to grow our client base within the automotive aftermarket industry. You’ll focus on selling power tools and workshop equipment to workshops, car dealerships, and service centres across Malaysia.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Grow sales by identifying and closing new business opportunities
- Manage and expand relationships with workshops, dealers, and partners
- Conduct product demos and presentations to highlight solution value
- Negotiate pricing, close deals, and ensure timely delivery and support
- Monitor competitors, market trends, and customer needs
- Handle aftersales support and ensure customer satisfaction
- Travel frequently to visit clients and build rapport
What We’re Looking For
- Min. 5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in automotive, tools, or equipment
- Familiar with workshop operations and aftersales service needs
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Independent, target-driven, and open to travel
