Lead Regional Sales: You'll be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to grow the company's market presence and revenue in your assigned regions.
Build and Manage Partnerships: Identify, recruit, and manage key distributors, agents, and clients to expand business opportunities.
Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a regional sales team to achieve business targets and objectives.
Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies and product positioning.
Global Collaboration: Work closely with the headquarters to align sales, marketing, and supply chain operations.
Ensure Compliance: Oversee sales operations to ensure they adhere to all local regulations and business practices.
Account Management: Manage relationships with key accounts, negotiate contracts, and secure long-term partnerships.
Monitor Performance: Track sales performance, provide regular reports, and adjust strategies as needed to meet goals.
the requirements
- Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
- Availability for regular business travel.
- Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in similar industries.
- Excellent planning & organizational skills.
