As the Sales Manager, you will take the lead in driving revenue growth by managing key accounts, turning prospects into signed agreements, and overseeing bidding processes from start to finish.
- Identify promising business opportunities and implement relationship strategies to encourage long-term client engagement.
- Create customized sales proposals and presentations that address specific customer needs and business objectives.
- Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure smooth agreement terms and successful deal closure.
- Handle the full scope of bid submissions, from initial document work through to timely delivery.

skills and requirements
- Degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in HVAC, MEP, or data center infrastructure
