Randstad is partnering with a luxury hotel & resorts company in attracting a Sales Manager (hospitality) to strengthen the commercial team and drive revenue performance.
Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, prospect, and secure new business opportunities across corporate, MICE, travel trade, and luxury leisure segments.
- Develop strong relationships with travel agents, destination management companies (DMCs), and tour operators to drive bookings and expand the resort’s distribution channels.
- Conduct regular market research to identify new source markets, trends, and competitive opportunities.
- Host site inspections, familiarization (FAM) trips, and client visits at the resort to strengthen partnerships and convert opportunities.
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, adjusting strategies to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Sales & Marketing, Business Administration or related field
- 5 – 8 years’ experience in hospitality, preferably strong background in corporate or travel trade sales
- Strong existing network of travel agents, corporate buyers, DMCs, and event planners preferred.
