• Strategic Market Penetration: Leverage an established network of high-level contacts across GP clinics and hospital channels to accelerate product adoption and secure immediate market entry for the portfolio.

• KOL & Stakeholder Advocacy: Utilize existing professional relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and specialist physicians to drive brand advocacy, hospital formulary inclusions, and prescription growth within the ethical segment.

• High-Performance Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of Medical Representatives, coaching them on how to effectively penetrate complex hospital accounts and navigate the decision-making hierarchies of private and public healthcare facilities.
