the role

• Acquire customers and projects in emerging sectors like intralogistics, automation, and process integration, mainly in Malaysia and Asia.
• Develop and execute sales strategies, forecasts, and market analysis.
• Prepare and present tailored sales materials and customer proposals.
• Coordinate and review order-related documents with internal teams.
• Lead pricing and contract negotiations within set parameters.
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and strategic business development initiatives.

the requirements

• Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
• Availability for regular business travel.
• Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in intralogistics, automation, process chaining, electronics, or semiconductor industries.
• Excellent planning & organizational skills.
