We are looking for a talented Sales Manager for a established MNC that specializes in automation and conveyer services.

the role

Manage sales and distributor relationships within assigned regions, including recruiting and developing new channel partners.
Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to drive regional growth and profitability.
Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies, including channel business plans and partner negotiations.
Build strong customer relationships through proactive engagement, after-sales support, and participation in marketing initiatives.
Coordinate with internal teams to prepare proposals, contracts, and solutions aligned with client requirements.
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by maintaining a strong sales pipeline and territory growth plan.

the requirements

Bachelor’s degree/ diploma or equivalent sales training or experience.
Availability for regular business travel.
Extensive business-to-business sales experience, preferably in conveyer or automation industries.
Excellent planning & organizational skills.
