About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Sales Manager (Automotive Equipment & Power Tools) to join a leading multinational company. This role will focus on expanding market presence within automotive workshops, dealerships, and related businesses. You will play a key part in driving business development, managing client relationships, and ensuring long-term sales growth.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify and engage potential clients through prospecting, networking, and referrals
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to understand their business needs
- Present and demonstrate power tool solutions to highlight value and performance
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to secure profitable sales
- Provide aftersales support to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Set and track sales targets, developing strategies to achieve growth
- Prepare sales records, reports, and forecasts for management review
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or equivalent qualification in sales, business, or related field
- 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in automotive or power tools industries
- Strong background in aftersales support within automotive workshops is highly preferred
- Excellent planning, organizational, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel regularly for client meetings and business development
