Key Responsibilities- Maintain customer data and perform regular updates within the SAP system.
- Oversee the preparation and issuance of Sales Orders, Delivery Orders, and Contracts.
- Coordinate with logistics, production, and finance to ensure on-time delivery and invoicing.
- Manage administrative tasks, office operations, and regular reporting.
- Monitor collections, invoicing, and account follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with company health, safety, and environmental policies.
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Administration, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in sales administration or project support.
- High proficiency in SAP and Microsoft Office.
