• Lead the full sales training lifecycle, from needs assessment and curriculum creation to program delivery and policy alignment with HR requirements.

• Design, develop, and evaluate innovative sales training programs and subject matter materials to boost the skills and knowledge of the sales team specialists.

• Direct, mentor, and evaluate the sales training team to ensure effective and budget-conscious execution of the department's training strategy.

• Maintain the training department's relevance by proactively researching and integrating external best practices, innovations, and adult education methods into sales training.
