• Launch a new direct sales division in Malaysia for a globally known company, serving as the pilot for the entire APAC region.

the role

• Pioneer and establish a new direct sales division, developing and executing the complete go-to-market strategy to build a robust network of independent distributors and dealers.
• Lead all network development activities, including identifying and recruiting potential leaders, developing training programs, and creating a motivating sales process from outreach and qualification to onboarding.
• Spearhead the planning and execution of key events, such as recognition ceremonies, roadshows, and other product marketing activities to drive network engagement and sales performance.
• Collaborate closely with internal marketing and sales teams to develop compelling value propositions and promotional campaigns that support the growth of the network.

the experience

• Minimum 6 years of experience within the direct selling/MLM industry, with at least 3 years at a managerial level.
• Hands-on experience in organizing recognition events and sales rallies, experience with incentive trip planning is desirable.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a results-oriented and "can-do" attitude.
