about the role
They are currently looking for a Senior HR Administrator (6 months contract) to join the team. Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Manages the entire employee journey, from creating offer packs and onboarding to processing all staff movements and handling offboarding documentation.
- Oversees the accurate creation and maintenance of employee files, manages payroll spreadsheets, and handles new hire setups on IT and training systems.
- Ensures all employment documents and data are compliant with legal requirements, maintains HRIS records for all employee changes, and assists in system improvements and audits.
- Manages the full process of visa applications for employees, from data collection to liaison with government ministries, and handles all aspects of medical insurance administration.
- Acts as a point of contact for employees, liaises with external vendors and key stakeholders, and coaches HR administrators to ensure effective service delivery.

Reporting to the HR SSC Manager, you will be working closely with another team member.
skills & experience required
To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 2 years of relevant experience. Experience in the BPO or Shared Services industry would be ideal.
