The Learning and Performance Senior Manager plays a key role in designing, implementing, and overseeing initiatives aimed at enhancing employee development and driving overall organizational performance.
This position focuses on managing training programs, performance management processes, and assessing the effectiveness of these initiatives to support the company’s strategic objectives.
Develop and manage learning, leadership development, and succession planning strategies aligned to business goals.
Oversee performance management processes including goal setting, appraisals, and continuous feedback.
Conduct training needs analysis and implement targeted development programs.
Lead evaluation of training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
Manage L&D budgets and coordinate with external training providers.
Analyze performance and learning data to drive improvements and report to senior leadership.
Coach managers and employees on performance improvement and career growth.
Foster a culture of continuous learning, high performance, and leadership readiness.
Stay updated on best practices and technologies in learning and performance management.
Minimum 5+ years in L&D/performance management roles; strong stakeholder management and strategic thinking skills required.
Must haves:
- 5+ years in L&D/ performance management related roles.
- Experience working in listed companies is a must have.
- Prior leadership experience , proven track record of leading a team.
