This position will be reporting to the General Manager. As the Senior Sales Manager, you will be responsible for achieving sustainable and profitable growth by developing, implementing and updating the sales and marketing related activities in Malaysia, including the management of the commercial team.
Job Description:
- Develop and implement long term sales strategy, as well as delivering to sales and margin targets and ensuring appropriate resources and processes are in place to meet business objectives.
- To identify new business sectors & implement business development plans
- Responsible for SLA’s and sales forecasting for demand and supply management (SOP process).
- Responsible for developing annual volume and price budgets & plans to ensure that agreed business performance targets are met.
- Responsibility as a member of local management team ensuring that the company's Local and Group people policies and other administration policies and processes are implemented, promoting positive and innovative organisation culture and working environment, including change management.
Job Requirements:
... - Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or its equivalent
- 8+ years of prior sales experience in the packaging or fmcg industry
- Proven track record of delivering sales growth against agreed targets
- Demonstrate ability to manage complex relationships in Foodservice, QSR and related sectors
