About the Role
As a Steel Sales Executive / Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key accounts, and expanding market presence. This role requires strong client engagement with developers, contractors, consultants, and distributors, while also ensuring customer satisfaction through technical knowledge and solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets
- Manage and grow relationships with contractors, developers, and consultants
- Secure project specifications and drive product adoption in new markets
- Monitor industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met
What We’re Looking For
- Proven sales experience in steel, metal products, or building materials
- Track record in project sales, distribution, or channel management
- Strong negotiation, pricing, and account management skills
- Ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities in Malaysia and/or regional markets
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
