Responsibilities
- Oversee boutique operations including sales, inventory, reporting, and visual merchandising to ensure seamless execution and brand excellence.
- Drive sales performance through effective client engagement, local marketing initiatives, and promotional activities.
- Analyze business results and implement strategies to optimize profitability and operational efficiency.
- Uphold boutique presentation and service standards that reflect the brand’s prestige and deliver an exceptional client experience.
- Lead and develop the team through coaching, performance management, and strict adherence to company policies and luxury retail standards.
Requirements
- 3-5 years in retail management, preferably in jewelry or luxury retail.
- Jewelry certification will be added advantages
