Responsibilities
- Act as the Store in-charge in leading daily operations to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
- Provide exceptional clienteling, product knowledge, and service excellence in a premium retail environment.
- Support in coaching, motivating, and guiding store team members to ensure service consistency and operational efficiency.
- Oversee visual merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and uphold brand values.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in retail fashion/luxury/premium brands.
- Leadership ability with experience supervising or mentoring junior staff.
