Reporting to the Head of Department.
Key responsibilities:
- Enhance recruitment pipelines by cultivating relationships with local educational institutions, including schools, colleges, and feeder institutions
- Establish and sustain robust relationships with key local education stakeholders, such as counsellors, principals, and parents
- Oversee relationships with local recruitment agents to ensure adherence to compliance standards, maximise productivity, and optimise yield
- Spearhead participation in local education exhibitions, open house events, and promotional roadshows.
- Engage collaboratively with admissions and conversion teams to refine the enquiry-to-enrolment continuum and support engagement with offer holders
- Collaborate with academic personnel, governmental bodies, and non-governmental organisations to broaden outreach and enhance student access
- Monitor the performance metrics of all local recruitment endeavours against established enrolment goals and provide comprehensive reports on market intelligence and competitor actions
