- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer stage across Technical, Non-Technical, DL, and corporate executive roles
- Source candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals
- Build and maintain candidate pipelines and talent mapping
- Conduct interviews, reference checks, and coordinate pre-employment processes (physicals, travel, relocation, VISAs, security clearances)
University Relations & Branding
- University Relations & Branding: Establishing relationships with career centers, faculty,
- and student organizations to enhance company visibility
- Campus Events & Sourcing: Planning and attending career fairs, hosting information
- sessions, and conducting workshops, both on-campus and virtually

- Partner with hiring managers to determine hiring needs and align sourcing strategies

- Drive talent attraction initiatives: intern programs, industrial collaborations, campus recruitment, and career events

- Maintain college recruiting, affirmative action, and career development programs
Analytics & Continuous Improvement
- Track and analyze recruiting metrics to measure effectiveness
- Provide market intelligence to support business growth
- Implement recruitment best practices aligned with company culture
- Stay current on industry trends and enhance recruitment processes
- Support ad-hoc assignments or projects to meet evolving business priorities

- Able to converse well in Bahasa Malaysia
- Dealt with hiring for engineer and blue collar staffs
- Experience with university/campus recruitment
- Experience with managing senior stakeholders
