We are currently looking for an E-Commerce & Retail Manager for one of Malaysia's leading importers and distributors of premium international foods. This position will be based in Glenmarie, Shah Alam, and focuses on bridging online digital strategies with offline physical store performance to drive aggressive revenue growth.

- Join a leading FMCG foods client in a highly strategic, hybrid role to manage both e-commerce platforms and physical minimart operations to achieve ambitious sales targets.
the role
- Perform sales-related activities to achieve combined online and offline sales objectives, driving towards a RM 3 million annual revenue target.
- Manage and optimize the company's proprietary e-commerce website, while pioneering new brand presence across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok.
- Oversee operations, pricing updates, and daily reporting for three physical retail minimarts (Shah Alam, PJ, and Langkawi).
- Act as the strategic bridge by translating online marketing campaigns into physical retail executions to clear inventory and maximize footfall.
- Ensure retail operations comply with all safety and vendor policies, while actively managing customer experience and service inquiries.
the experience
- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in a related e-commerce and retail field.
- Experience working within a major marketplace (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, etc.) is highly preferred.
- Strong capability in developing platform strategies and analyzing sales data to optimize performance.
- Pro-active, result-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
