About the RoleSeeking a forward-thinking and experienced leader to lead Enterprise Business and Innovation-focused Marketing Communications. This is a strategic B2B leadership role aimed at strengthening how we position our technology and solutions across SMEs, large enterprises, and government clients.
You will manage a team of 5–6 professionals spanning brand and corporate communications, ensuring the enterprise portfolio—including 5G, IoT, Cloud, and Cybersecurity—is effectively positioned as best-in-class offerings in the market.
The ideal candidate is a true “builder” with solid B2B experience, someone who has moved beyond traditional consumer marketing approaches and is able to drive enterprise growth while supporting broader TechCo transformation.
Key Responsibilities- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute end-to-end Marcomm strategies to position the company as the preferred partner for SME and Large Enterprise digital transformation.
- B2B Growth Enablement: Partner with Enterprise Business units to drive customer acquisition and retention through ROI-driven campaigns and high-level thought leadership (whitepapers, case studies, etc.).
- TechCo Narrative: Craft differentiated messaging for vertical sectors (Healthcare, Finance, Manufacturing) and lead the narrative for next-gen 5G and AI-enabled solutions.
- Brand & P.R. Excellence: Lead multi-channel campaigns across digital, P.R., and B2B activations. Manage executive visibility programs, including LinkedIn leadership presence and keynote profiling for C-suite executives.
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary bridge between Sales, Product, and Technology teams to ensure aligned storytelling.
- Innovation & Intrapreneurship: Foster a startup mindset within the team, pilot-testing new marketing models to support 5G commercialization and tech ventures.
- Experience: Minimum 12+ years in Marketing Communications, with a heavy emphasis on Telecommunications, ICT, or TechCo industries.
- B2B Expertise: Proven track record in B2B marketing; candidates with predominantly B2C backgrounds will not be prioritized.
- Tech Fluency: Deep understanding of 5G, IoT, Cloud, Cybersecurity, and AI-powered enterprise solutions.
- Leadership: Strong experience in managing and mentoring high-performing teams (experience managing 5+ headcount preferred).
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Network: An established network across media, industry associations, and enterprise ecosystems.
- Commercial Acumen: Clear understanding of enterprise buying cycles and B2B sales enablement.
