Reporting directly to the Director, this pivotal role is focused on driving significant revenue growth and market penetration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Target Achievement: Exceed sales, revenue, and KPI targets through rigorous sales planning and execution.
- Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain profitable, long-term relationships with HORECA (Hotel, Restaurant, Catering) clients, negotiating contracts and ensuring high satisfaction.
- Market Development: Proactively identify and secure new business opportunities in the Central region to expand market share for imported dairy products.
- Sales Strategy Execution: Implement and refine sales strategies specifically for the HORECA sector, coordinating with marketing efforts.
- Reporting: Provide accurate, timely sales forecasts, activity reports, and market feedback to the Director.
skills and experience required
- Minimum five (5) years of successful sales experience in the FMCG sector, specifically targeting the HORECA segment.
- Verifiable track record of managing and growing a portfolio of HORECA clients in the competitive Central region of Malaysia (Kuala Lumpur, Selangor, etc.), including key account and volume growth management.
- Must be a proactive, energetic, and highly sales-driven self-starter. Essential skills include working independently, setting ambitious goals, and excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication.
