- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue goals, managing various sales cycle demands effectively.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline while continuously educating customers about products, pricing, and market differentiators.
- Build and maintain client relationships to drive sales growth.
- Analyse market data for potential opportunities and adapt strategies as needed.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, ensuring departmental alignment and synergy.
- Introduce process improvements and innovative technologies to the sales process.
- Participate in sales negotiations and contribute to deal closings.

about the requirement
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum 10 years of sales experience in selling IT services to either enterprise companies, FSI or GLC.
- Preferably someone from the from the system integrator environment and dealing directly with end users.
- Strong connections with stakeholders in either enterprise, manufacturing, FSI or GLC sectors.
- Proven track record in sales and sales enablement.
- Proficiency in sales strategy development, customer relationship management, and market analysis.
