About the Role
We are looking for a Specification Executive to lead project-based specification and consultation activities. You’ll work closely in a team with architects, interior designers, developers, and QS firms to ensure the brand is selected in the early planning stages of various projects.
What You’ll Be Doing
Promote and drive product specifications with architects and designers
- Develop strong relationships with key project decision-makers
- Offer consultation, product demos, and technical advice
- Provide tailored surface material solutions based on project requirements
- Collaborate with internal sales and technical teams to support project delivery
- Attend trade events, conduct site visits, and deliver presentations
What We’re Looking For
- At least 2–5 years of sales experience in building materials, construction, or architecture-related industries
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Experience in specification sales or technical sales is a plus
