As a Regional Business Development Manager (Industrial Solutions), you will be the primary driver for our diversification strategy. Your goal is to move the company beyond the saturated Oil & Gas sector and into untapped territories. This is not just about selling equipment; it is about consultative problem-solving—identifying "missing links" in a client’s operations and providing technical solutions that improve their bottom line.
Key Responsibilities
- Market Penetration: Open doors in new sectors like Automotive, Aviation, Railways, and Heavy Manufacturing.
- Consultative Selling: Analyze client systems to offer efficiency-improving technical solutions.
- Lead Generation: Build a fresh client base from scratch through cold calling and active networking.
- Strategic Planning: Balance sales-driven volume with marketing-driven market entry strategies.
- Client Advisory: Act as a technical consultant to provide assurance on equipment mechanics and energy sources.
- Global Collaboration: Work with international distributors to align with global industry standards.
- Pipeline Management: Forecast growth and manage the sales lifecycle from lead to close.
