The Head of Marketing is responsible for accelerating company growth and achieving budget turnover through the development and execution of strategic marketing programs. Reporting to the Managing Director, this role focuses on elevating brand recognition and establishing leadership within the regional market.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement annual marketing and business plans in alignment with overall company objectives.
Lead marketing activities across specialized food categories for diverse channels, including supermarkets, food service, and industrial partners.
Work closely with Sales, R&D, and Technical teams to launch regional and international innovations while exchanging best practices.
Manage annual marketing budgets and ensure all expenditures remain within approved limits.
Oversee marketing intelligence and communication strategies to fuel market growth.
Establish effective pricing systems tailored to various business lines, including distributors and industrial clients.
Develop and execute cost-effective annual communication plans, including P.R. programs and advertising campaigns.
Maintain and enhance information flow through digital platforms, social networks, and regular internal newsletters.
Organize regional seminars, webinars, and customer events such as innovation days and exhibitions.
Collect and analyze market data and consumer intelligence to identify new opportunities and update the product mix.
Implement category management strategies in collaboration with major retail teams.
Requirements
Degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or an equivalent professional qualification.
Minimum 8 years of working experience in a similar capacity, preferably within the FMCG or food ingredients sector.
Strong strategic and analytical skills with a proven track record in planning and problem-solving.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and overall computer literacy.
Excellent command of English with strong interpersonal and influential communication skills.
A collaborative team player who is creative, energetic, and capable of working independently.
