- Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of FMCG key account or distributor management experience. Food industry experience is highly desirable.
- Deep understanding of modern trade dynamics, including category management, planograms, and trade promotions.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills with a high degree of honesty and attention to detail.
